                                   PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This purchase agreement is made between seller:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                seller, RoseMary C. Aiken from 1220 Redgate Rd., Mebane NC 27302 (919) 563-1440 and Buyer______________________________.   Whereas, Buyer desires to purchase and seller agrees to sell Buyer the described puppy  upon the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.  It is therefore mutually agreed between Seller and Buyer that Buyer agrees to purchase the described puppy:  _____________  I,  RoseMary C. Aiken, take a deposit of the amount stated $______ on the puppy discribed above.  The deposit is a promise to purchase the puppy and is therefore non-refundable.  The deposit must be recieved no later then _________.   If for any reason the Buyer decides not to purchase the puppy they have one year from the above stated date to pick another puppy, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and lost.  If there is no litter within one year this agreement can be extended until the next litter is available.  The full purchase price of $______ plus $______ for shipping must be paid in full no later then ________.  The puppy will be shipped as soon as the full payment is received but not before the puppy is 8 weeks of age.  For shipping, flight arrangements will be made for the benefit of the puppy, ( direct flights, weather permitting etc.).  If deposit and full payment is not recieved by due dates Seller has the option to void this agreement. . 

       WELCOME BACK

If at any time, for any reason, through out the puppies life Buyer can no longer care for the puppy Seller will take  the puppy back.                                                        

                 HEALTH   

                 GUARANTEE                                                                                                                                          This This health guarantee assures Buyer that the puppy purchased from Seller is free from all illness and/or congenital disorders at the time of purchase.  The puppies hips and elbows are also guaranteed to be free of dysplasia.  The puppy has been examined by a by a NC State Licensed Veterinarian and recieved a Certificate of Health which is included in the Buyers puppy kit.  The puppy has recieved his/her first vaccinations at six weeks of age.  If the puppy is over nine weeks  he/she will also have recieved their second vaccinations.  The puppy  also has recieved several worming sessions, and will have been microchipped.  All vaccinations and worming records are included in the puppy kit along with care and feeding instructions.  AKC papers will arrive via the mail several weeks after the puppy arrives.

  SPAY/NEUTER REFUND

Seller will refund Buyer $100.00 upon receiving from Buyer proof of puppies spay/neuter.
